where can I find the Dutch Microsoft Office 2003 Proofing Tools ?

I need the Dutch spelling checker but this is not installed in my version MS
Office 2003 Professional.
Where can I possibly find and download this addin?

The MS Office Proofing Tools don't come as individual
languages but can be purchased as a language collection
for about what a single language addin once cost

There may be 3rd party tools available for single languages.
