If you have a scanner it's usually included on the CD that
came with it. It's also available in the optional
MS Office XP and MS Office 2003 choice for MS Office Document
Imaging/scanning.

TextBridge has always had a good reputation..
http://www.scansoft.com/textbridge/ .. it's not exactly cheap, but if you do
a lot of this type of scanning.............. you may want to check your
scanner software CD too..
