Where do Entourage files reside?

I'm running OS9.1 and have Entourage set up there ... Email, newsgroups,
holidays and my entire birthday/anniversary list for friends/relatives.

I want to move everything to another machine that is also running OS9.1 and
would not like to lose all the data that I've entered/created.

Where do all these files reside?

I've looked in the Preferences:Microsoft folder. The only Entourage pref is
a small file (4K). I looked in the Office 2001 folder but couldn't find the
data files there.

Can someone guide me on where to find the files so that I make sure that
they are copied over to the other machine before I delete everything on my
current machine.

Thanks

They're in Documents under Microsoft User Data.

They're in Documents under Microsoft User Data.

In the Office 2001 Identities within Microsoft User Data folder. Each folder
within Office 2001 Identities is an identity. If you only have one, it may
be called "Main Identity" - otherwise whatever you renamed it to. Within
_that_ folder are the files. In Entourage 2001 those are Database, Messages,
Database Cache, and a few others. _Never_ separate those files. They must
stick together within the Identity folder. And don't expect to be able to
open those files except in Entourage. There are no separate files per
message, or anything like that. They're all in the Database and Messages
files.

Now I can delete the data from my old machine.
