Where do I find a thermometer template to post the progress of sa.

I am looking to create a poster to display the progress of my department's
productivity savings against our goal. This would be similar to the
thermometer used by United Way to track their donation level against their
goal. I would like to either use Word, Excel, or Powerpoint. Any
suggestions would be appreciated.
