Where do I find date-picker (to select date via calender) add-on?

I need to run a database in Access. In order to report on data, there is drop
down menu for dates and a small calander appears, enabling the date selector.
It works on our other PC's (MS 2003& 2007), but not mine (MS 2007). I believe
there should be a date picker add-on installed. Where do I access it?
