Where do I find the Windows Live plugin in Outlook?

I just downloaded and installed the Windows Live plugin for Outlook, but it
isn't at all obvious how I can get access to it in the program, and the site
doesn't mention anythign about it. I'm using Outlook 2007 Beta 2; could that
be the reason?

I don;t think it works right with the beta. See if it's listed in addins -
Tools, Trust center.

You access it from a new appointment (or meeting). Click on the arrow next
to "New", then click on either "Appointment" or "Meeting Request". One of
the menu items in the new window should be "Add-Ins" and you should find Live
there. I have the new Beta 2 as well, and it works for me.

I have the same issue. No add-ins menu option at all in outlook. The other
program, word ect, all have the add in and it works fine. But Nothing in
outlook.
