Where do my Entourage files live?

Dumb Question of the Afternoon.

OS 10.3.5, Office X w/ 10.1.1-5

Where do my Entourage personal address book, calendar, mail, etc. kept and
what are they called? Are they all in one big file or are they separate
files? I would think it would be in the Microsoft User Data folder, probably
in the Office X Identities, but I'm not sure what I'm seeing there.

Wherever they are, can I backup these files from my desktop to my notebook
and have them work?

One big file, and you were on the right track.

Copy the entire Microsoft User Data folder to your laptop, replacing the
copy in use there, and your laptop will match your Desktop. Doing this
regularly would also provide you with convenient backups, if you do it
regularly.
