Good morning,
The computer at the office, running Win2K and Outlook 2000, does not have
"Archive" as an option under the "File" menu.
Before the computer was upgraded to Win2K from WinNT by corporate IT
persons, the version of Outlook on WinNT had Archive and I was using it to
clean out and archive old emails and all the other stuff it archived in the
PST file.
What has happened to the "Archive" option? I note the option is available
on this Outlook 2003 vrersion. I can't believe corporate would/could remove
the option. I am looking into third party backup and archive programs, but
before I change my MO, I thought I'd ask if there is some way I can get the
archive option back.
