Where Is "Show Progress" in Outlook 2000?

I have Outlook 2000, and the dialog box showing the progress of the
"Send/Receive" has stopped opening when I click on "Send/Recieve". In
response to a previous inquiry I was told to go to "Tools menu > Send/Receive
Send/Receive Settings" and click on "Show Progress". The problem is that

when I click on "Tools menu > Send/Receive" there is no "Send/Receive
Settings" or "Show Progress". Possible in Outlook 2000 this tab is located
somewhare else.

I would really like to get back this dialog box. Any help would be
appreciated.
