where is the contact file located?

Is their one file or many files where my contact list is
stored on my drive and where is this file/s located?

All Outlook data is stored in one file: your Personal Folders file (*.pst)
It's where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.

I'm on a network so my files are probably in a different
location than yours, but searching should for *.pst and
you should find your Outlook files.
