where is the "info bar"?

This badly designed and irritating Microsoft Outlook software has started
throwing up the message "Check the info bar" regarding links but there is no
sign of the info bar and nothing in the help menu? Anyone have any clues
please? If Microsft insist on behaving like the continual nanny, why can't
they do the job properly and at least give enough information with their
stupid warning messages? Richard

The info bar is a just an informational blurb the runs across the top of a
message. For example, if you are running Outlook 2003/2007, the info bar
would show at the top of message displayed in the preview pane. This bar
would be right below the name of the person who sent the message and just
above the sent date.

This bar shows messages like "Extra line breaks in this message were
removed".

At exactly what point does this err msg appear?
Usually it refers to IE when a site is blocked from running an AciveX
control
Check what Security settings are in place in Internet Options
If there is still a problem state your version of Outlook and version of Win
in your response

what folder are you in when you see the message? what are you trying to do when the message comes up?
