where is the permission icon to respond to an e-mail?

you dont have permission to send the message on behalf of the user... how can
I changte this? I read my boss e-mails and sometimes I need to answer back
and I am not allowed. I can't find the icon on e-mail tools that gives me the
permission to do it.

Your boss needs to grant you permission to send email on his behalf.
You can't initiate it yourself.
