Where's my mail?

Just installed 2003. I was running Office 2000. I can
see mail being recieved via the status messages (recieving
1 of xx messages). The size of my outlook.pst file
increases with the new messages. I've verified my mail
view and the properties of my inbox are pointed to
outlook.pst. I did get the standard welcome to Outlook
2003 message after installation. Where are they hiding?

Check to make sure you don't have a view selected that filters out messages.

Hi Rex,

Try bringing up the folder list (ctrl + y) to see if you have more than one personal folders file listed.

One other thing you might want to check is to see if you have a view that is hiding unread messages. (you can start outlook with the /cleanviews command line switch to erase all custom views and reset the default views back to a first run condition.)
