Where's my PDFMaker.dot for Word 2007

I recently was upgraded (largely against my will) to Word 2007 and I've lost
my PDFmaker.dot. I used that religiously to set bookmarks and headings, etc.
How do I get this back? I use Acrobat Standard v. 8.0 and I read that this
is no longer automatically installed by Acrobat. Is there another way to set
my values, etc, before conversion?

Acrobat 8 does not use PDFMaker.dot, but a COM add-in. As g-n-o says you
need to update to Version 8.1 to be compatible with Office 2007.
If you have 8.1, check that the add-in is not disabled.

Hello,

I am having a similar issue. I lose the ability to convert files to pdf
whenever MS updates. My problem is that MS will not allow me to turn on the
Adobe "add-in" yet I am the administrator on the computer! The only way I
have found to fix it is to reinstall Acrobat, which is ridiculous. Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
