How do I find out which language version of Outlook is installed ?

(for Outlook 2000 thru 2007)

Outlook.Application.LanguageSettings.LanguageID(msoLanguageIDInstall).

You get back a 32-bit int that's a member of the Office.MsoLanguageID enum.

You can also query for the interface and help languages, as well as the
languages used for various other things.
