Switch on the Project Guide option, it will help you step by step to build
your plan. You only need to follow the instructions and provide the
information as per your requirement i.e the start date, work time, list the
tasks, oranizing the tasks etc.
You need to go to "Tools" then to "Options", under "Options" select the
"Interface" tab, here you need to check the "Display Project Guide" option to
get the help.

None of the standard templates are likely to fit but no worries. All
projects are unique and templates are only a suggested starting point which
would then require customization anyway. Just start with a blank project
and go for it.
