white border won't go away!

We are developing a brochure. The document is complete with photos. But whenever I print out the little devil, a small white border appears on three sides. No amount of border or margin adjustments seem to correct it. What am I doing wrong?

Billy,

Most printers will not print all the way to the paper edge regardless of the
margins you specifiy.
