White space on page

I am running into an issue with FP 2000.

I have a site with a main table separating content on the
page. It is a table with three columns that, sum total,
are set up to take up 100% of the page.

However, when loading a page initially, it will have a
small gap to the right on the page at at the bottom of the
page. When I refresh, the table will bump up to the
margins at the bottom and right like they are supposed to.

Any suggestions?
