A missing *.msi file can be caused by several things but to correct it
you will need to zap the Windows Installer entry in the Registry and
reinstall Office.

Obtain the following utility and use it to remove only the reference
to Office. Once that is complete then you'll need to reinstall Office
to point the Windows Installer to your installation CD:

To add to Beth's reply, ProPlus.MSI is from
Microsoft Office XP Professional plus FrontPage.

You may want to check in Add/Remove Programs in the
Windows Control panel to see if that edition is
still installed. It would not be removed completely
by installing Office 2003 as Frontpage can't be replaced
by any Office 2003 Edition, only by a standalone copy
of Frontpage 2003.
