why are my posts disappearing?

I have posted a relevant question (that surely does not contain anything
offensive, inappropriate, etc...) a number of times in the last 48hrs and
received an automatically generated reply in my inbox that asks me to rate
the response, only to find that when i click on this response, i am directed
to the discussion page, however my post is nowhere to found..During the last
10 days or so i have been corresponding with one of your professional
technicians although about 2 days ago, i ceased to receive responses and the
above mentioned scenario is occuring when i try to post a new question..

Please help

Hi,

Insofar you can read this..
I am nobody's "professional technician"
I am a volunteer willing to help people and I am self-employed
MVP's are NOT Microsoft personnel!

Eugene,
Just to add to what Jan said, there are various ways to post to this
newsgroup. When I first started participating in the newsgroup several
years ago, I used Google. Posting messages was frustratingly slow. Now I
use a dedicated newsreader application, (there are plenty of them out
there), that connects directly to the msnews.microsoft.com server.

You mentioned that you were corresponding with someone in the newsgroup.
Who was it and when did your posting thread start (i.e. date and
subject)? Maybe we can help get the ball rolling again.

Hi John,

It was me. The ball is on his side.

Jan,
Yeah, I kind of gathered that after I read further on down the list of
newsgroup postings.
