the user is not useing zoom. It seems like a setting has been manipulated to
make everything really large. I can't find anywhere in the settings and
options wehre this could be done. His desktop is normal as well as other
applications. He is useing Word as his outlook editor so perhaps it is a
setting in Word?
Well it could be - but based on the lack of information you gave us in
"Outlook oft templates displaying in too large resoluti" its hard to say -
the most common cause is a zoom setting.
Is the overall form huge? The text huge even though its set on 12 pt? The
buttons huge?
