why can't I print email messages from MS office Outlook Live 20

I just purchased and installed MS Outlook Live. When I try to print an e-mail
message, I get " The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If
the problem persists, restart Outlook." I have done that several times
including a reboot. I have also ran the DETECT and REPAIR option under the
HELP. This did not correct the problem.
