why can't I read hotmail in Outlook 2003 without constant problem

I just purchased Hotmail plus and combined it with Office 2003. It seems
every day there is a new problem getting mail downloaded. OBJECT IS MISSING
AND DOWNLOAD THE REST OF MESSAGE are new ones since I got Hotmail plus What
gives????........Fred
