Why do margins on sent email change when recipient receives it?

Hi W.,

You haven't provided very much information so generally,
Are you sending a Word document as an HTML email or as
a .DOC attachment file?

HTML doesn't support all of Word's features. You can get an
idea of how it will look by emailing to yourself or using
File=>Webpage preview.

The recipient may not have all of the fonts you're using,
may use a different email software product or version than
you have, a different printer setup or even a different window
display size when reading the message among other factors.
