Why does a I get gibberish in Outlook

Acutally I want the orginal message in the reply. The
gibberish that I am talking about is the orginal message
is just "gibberish" when I hit the reply button. I can't
make heads or tails of it. So I am wondering how to fix
it to where I can read my orginal message that was sent
to me when I hit reply.
