Why does my computer run slow and freeze most of the time?

Hi, im having so kind of trouble with my computer and i'd like to know if you
guys can help me... Most of the time, when im playing games or listening to
music, my computer is suddenly running slowing or the image is freezing and i
dont know why...

Could you explain to me what i should do when its freezing like that and why
it is doing it??

You probably have malware or a virus installed. You should determine
what Operating sytem you are using and then install a firewall and
anti-virus software for it. Also asking questions in a group for the
operating system you are using will result in more specific help.
