why does my web back button not return me to where i launcehd the.

I have created a bookmark and then created a hyperlink to go to the bookmark.
Works great!.

When I use the back button from the web toolbar it returns me to the first
inserted hyperlink. In previous version of Word this did not happen. I am
currently using Word 2003. How do I use the back button to return to where I
launched the hyperlink?
