why does the end user agreement keep opening upon office docs open

I just got windows vista home addition. I have office 2003 small business. It
installed ok I guess, but everytime I open Excel, and sometimes outlook when
going to send an email, the user agreement pops open and I have to accept!
Does not happen in Word though. What can do to stop this. When I click
activate it, says it already is, etc.
Help please!

If this is happening under Vista you need to:
1) turn off "User Account Control" UAC
2) accept EULA one more time
3) turn "User Account Control" back on (this is optional - but you'll get
security warnings if you don't.

UAC is located in Control Panel/User Accounts and Family Safety/User Accounts
