Why doesn't Outlook 2007 read my Chinese contact names?

Hi

My Microsoft contacts and address book both read my English and Chinese
contact names but Outlook doesn't. Why?

How can I resolve this. Surely I am not the olnly guy who has an English
Vista64 OS with Chinese friends.....

Any help is appreciated.
