why is exchange contacts/calander not syncing with my computer

Digging through the group, it looks like many have asked this question,
but I have not seen any direct answers, and of course the terrible
built in help file with Entourage is of no help. I am running entourage
2004 with an exchange account and need to get all of my contacts and
calendar events that are in the "my computer" files in entourage to
sync with the exchange calendar and contact lists. Only some bits are
making it through to the exchange files while most are not. How do I
get it all over to the exchange account?!

Hoping someone out there can do it and is willing to tell,

I just was checking here with the same question. (I need to get events from
my Public Folder calendar to my local calendar, but hopefully a sync takes
care of both of us.)

If I find an answer elsewhere, I will post it here, would you do the same?

Still waiting for my ASP to install Exchange Server SP2 so I can find out
how much functionality that will add to calendars - hopefully the ability to
view other's calendars, which won't work without ES SP2. But apparently even
after that, Entourage won't support local storage/sync of Public Folder
calendar events and contacts the way Outlook does. They appear there when
you are online, but not when you have no internet connection.
