Why isn't any clip art showing up in Word or PowerPoint?

When I try to search for a picture in clip art, all the matches show up as a
little music note icon. Then, when I try to click on them, nothing shows up
on the document and a message pops up that says it could not be accessed from
a certain temporary internet file. What's going on?
