Why isn't Entourage synchronizing real time when changes are made in Entourage?

Different than Outlook it seems that Entourage takes it's sweet time to make changes in Exchange after they have been made on Entourage. Is there a setting that will allow me to do instant changing of the records or changes in the server, right after done on the client?

Entourage will sync within a minute or less after you make changes.
Syncing more often isn't really practical for ongoing daily use.

You can force a sync by right-clicking or Control-clicking the enclosing
mail folder and selecting "Synchronize Now".

Hope this helps!

Thanks Bill! It helps. But my thinking was more along the lines of Pushing OUT changes as they are made, like in Outlook. Actually, iPhone will PUSH those changes out to their supported apps, on MobileMe AND Exchange. I just hope that when Leopard comes out they WILL push changes like MobileMe does now on the mac. Thanks again Bill!
