Why my music not forwarding with the Presentation?

I have produced a Presentation and have sent it out as a PPS file but the
music is not showing, why? The presentation was to take place 2:00 pm CST
but I guess that is not going to happen. Oh well, maybe someone can help me
and I'll learn something for the next time.

You might also try PFC Express (http://pfcmedia.com/). It is a free add-
in that helps you distribute PowerPoint files in a way that will get them
to work.

On Tools/Options/General there is an option to "Link sounds with file sizes
greater than". Depending on how big your music files are, you can choose to
link them or embed them. Embedding is less prone to foul ups, but can result
in a pretty big file.

Unfortunately, that article, while informative, does not specify that only
WAV sounds can be embedded. This is an important distinction, and you can
bet I let them know via the "was this info useful" link. If enough of you do
the same, perhaps it will get fixed more quickly.
