Why not valid win32 application when all installed?

Cannot open .pps files with powerpoint 2003 without getting the above
message. Any ideas ?

Hi Steve..... message is " not valid win32 application". This appears when
trying to open .pps files. Trying complete reload of Microsoft Office at the
moment to see if that helps.

The software is loaded on my desktop with no such problems.

I'm not sure about the older version of .ppt viewer or how to tell but I do
know that the same software is installed on my desktop works perfectly. Run
into new problem because by deleting all old MS Office programs for complete
, clean reinstall...... I can no longer use my MS Office 2003 disk which
requires a previous edition to be installed !!!

You cannot win at this game.......
