WHY PICS IN GIF EXTANTION NOT APEAR WHILE BROWSING ON NET?

ALL TYPE OF PICS I CAN SEE IT WHILE BROWSING ON NET , ONLY GIF EXTANTION I
CANT SEE IT ? HOW CAN I SEE IT

This is a browser settings issue.
Save a gif image to your computer.
Close Internet Explorer.
Right click the gif image and select "Open with.."

In the panel that opens scroll down to Internet Explorer.
Click once to select IE, check the box "Always open with" and then click OK or Apply.
