Why would an email keep self-generating

Hi,

I am currently using MS Outlook to download the email off from my email
account, there's just one email keep self-generating, how do I solve that?
and why doesn this happen?

Sounds like it is stuck on the server. Log on to your emails webmail and
delete or call them to see if they can remove it.

The main items that affect this are scanning incoming mail with an antivirus
or antispam tool, a server timeout set too low or a send/receive interval
that is set too low.
