Wild card symbols in Rule criteria?

Anyway to use a wildcard symbol in the Junk Rules criteria so that an email
with nothing in the subject line can be filtered? I would lime to set the rule
so that any message that "does not contain [wildcard" is junked.

Set up a rule:

"If All Criteria are Met"
Subject does not contain "a"
Subject does not contain "e"
Subject does not contain "i"
Subject does not contain "o"
Subject does not contain "u"
Subject does not contain "y"

It is highly unlikely that any legitimate mail will not contain at least one
of these characters!
