Wildcards, etc. for Outlook Rules & Blocked Senders

Outlook E-Mail Rules & Blocked Senders suggestion

In order to (better) catch & eliminate repeated character strings WITHIN an
address, the following should be allowed on BOTH the LEFT & RIGHT side of the
@-sign in the address:
(1) wildcards & special characters
(2) ability to designate (solely) NUMERIC characters
(3) ability to designate MULTIPLE REPEATED characters
