Win XP sp2 and Outlook 2000 \ Exchange 2000

Hi
Since rolling out XPsp2 clients I have found that MAPI doesn't work with a
program on a server that sends out request for quotes. All W2K clients work
fine, but when XP tries to perform the same task it returns

mapi 1.0 [00000220]
An error occured while attempting to open windows address book

Also, if I right click on a file and try the send to mailrecipient in xp it
doesn't work where as in W2K it does. Has any come across this and now the
fix?
