Hi,

we have bought Win2PDF for our Terminal Server. We would
like Win2PDF to insert a standard text into the e-mail
message that explains how to open the pdf attachments and
where to download Acrobat Reader if they don't have it.

Thanks for help!

Bodo:

Win2PDF doesn't have any capacity to set text into a message.

However, if you are using Outlook, create a signature in Outlook to
associate with your default profile and simply add the text you want in the
signature setting. If you are using some other email program, say OE,
create a simple stationary and set that as the default (you can also use
stationary in later versions of Outlook) with Notes and others you'd need
to create other default forms.

I have one example that shows how to crank out emails with text
and win2pdf generated PDF files as attachments in our batch reporting module
product eval.
It uses ASPMail as the email component.

Steal code if it helps you out,
