WinBUGS is a statistical analysis program involving Markov chain Monte
Carlo
sampling. The program, developed in the UK for biologists, is free at:

Now an Excel interface has been developed which eliminates the need to
program in the WinBUGS language. The Excel interface, BugsXLA, also free,

Hopefully, some math experts in this newsgroup will give us their
evaluation
of using WinBUGS through Excel.
