When ever I use Outlook Express online a sign for the azbove pops up after
3/4 minutes advising of the need to close down and within 60 seconds the RPC
remote procedure call has kicked in to shut things down

I have time to send the report to microsoft but I dont know where or what to
do to cure the fault

It report contents refer to two files...............
a] WER196.tmp.dirOO'\svchost.exe.mdp and
b] WER196.tmp.dirOO'\appcompat.txt

Any thoughts please
