When you attempt to open an e-mail in Outlook 2002 on a Windows 98
machine the 'blue screen of death' will appear. The program has been
working just fine for the past five months and this error appeared
abruptly this morning. I can preview messages just fine. I've tried
re-adding and removing profiles,and re-installing outlook. I would try
re-installing the OS but I don't want to do that if there is another
way. Anymore information that you guys need or any suggestions?
