Windows and Entourage

Here's a good one. A while back, when I was unemployed, I switched to Mac
and MS Office and fell in love with Entourage. Now I work for a company
that requires that I carry a PC with MS Office for Windows and they won't
let me put my Mac on the network. I travel a lot and don't want to carry 2
laptops. Here is where my problems start: When I am travellling, I want to
have access to my personal contacts and calendar (and email too if possible)
without having to switch to windows cuz I love my Mac. Is there some way to
tranfer my data file to the Internet (so I can access it while on the road),
make changes (if necessary), then copy the data back to my Mac when I
return?

I know, I am asking a whole lot here, but can't hurt to dream, right?

Thanks to whomever has an idea,

Do you have an Exchange account?? If yes, chances are that you can
sync to it with your Mac from outside,

If your company is running Exchange 2003, are they using RPC over
HTTP? If so, you can use Entourage and Outlook simultaneously. For
example, I run Entourage natively in OS X, then have Outlok 2007 open
in a Windows session running as a virtual machine in Parallels. I have
the same situation you do in that my company is a Microsoft shop and
doesn't really condone my use of a Macbook. This allows me to satisfy
my wish to run OS X and theirs to support me under Windows.

Hope this helps!
