Windows appear sideways - how do I correct it?

HAfter loading a game, the windows/screen rotated 90 degrees and is now
sideways. how do I corretc this problem. I have tried Control panel &
Settings, but have not been able to resolve it.

A speedy resultion will be greatly appreciated
