Windows deleted my Outlook Address Book. How can I get it back?

Windows deleted my Outlook Address book. How can I get it back? This is the
2nd time this has happened to me.
Is there any way to save the address book as a whole?

You would need to ask in an OE group.
Outlook has nothing to do with the WAB.
When you do, you most surely will have to provide at least some information.
