Windows Installer error

I recently upgraded from Windows ME to XP Pro so that I could install Office
Pro 2003. I then replaced my hard drive and copied my old drive to the new
one. Now all my Office programs are having trouble (missing parts, etc.) When
I try to run "Detect and Repair" I get a Windows Installer message telling me
the feature in on a network resource that is unavailable, and asks for the
path to the installation package. But I did not originally install Office
from a network install. I installed it from a CD. I get this same error
message when I try to change or remove Office Pro 2003 from the Add or Remove
Programs in the Control Panel.

Office does not like to be copied from one hard drive to another,
because that is one method a software pirate might try in order to
bypass the Office activation process. Download the Windows Installer
Cleanup Utility from http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=290301 and
install it. Use the utility to delete the Windows Installer registry
entry for Office 2003. Reboot. Uninstall Office 2003. Install Office
2003 from the original CD.
