| I'm not so concerned about installing the Service Pack, although that will
| indeed be problematic for developers. However, there are a number of changes
| to IE that will impact web developers tremendously, such as blocking all
| JavaScript calls to window.open(), and a number of others which will
| directly impact the user experience of those using web sites.
