Windows XP THEMES

In Windows XP Word has themes. To get a blank word
document (usual) the theme would be set to "no theme" but
somehow I pasted an image and it is now the default theme
so everytime I open a word document this image appears.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can get rid
of this? Could you please e-mail me at
