Winmail.dat and TNEF

Hi there

I would like to be able to decode winmail.dat attachments using vb .net, but
am unsure what type of encoding TNEF is, or what type of encoding this
winmail.dat file uses? I have found several standalone applications that
decode WinMail.dat files, but would like to write my own TNEF decoder to
integrate into my application.
